Crepes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbps melted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup flour

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together
Pour on a large heated skillet and use a spatula to spread the batter thin
Cook on each side until slightly golden
Top with sweet or savory toppings and serve
