DIRECTIONS
Sift together the dry ingredients into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the butter and sugar. Mix in the egg, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
Combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients and mix until the batter is uniform.
Chill the batter for about an hour.
Roll out to about 1/4" and cut to the desired size and shape.
Bake at 275 for ~12 minutes or until the edges are setting and the center is barely soft and starting to crack.
Cool completely, then frost with buttercream frosting and serve.
