Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup kale or broccoli
- Small scoop of peanut butter
- Any other ingredients as desired (protien powder or milk are good options)
DIRECTIONS
Add liquids, then frozen fruit, then everything else in a blender and blend for one minute.
Serve immediately
