Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup kale or broccoli
  • Small scoop of peanut butter
  • Any other ingredients as desired (protien powder or milk are good options)

DIRECTIONS

Add liquids, then frozen fruit, then everything else in a blender and blend for one minute.
Serve immediately
