Salsa by Shelly

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 roma tomatoes
  • 8 jalapenos
  • 2 anaheim peppers
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 habanero pepper
  • 1 can fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 large limes (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Blend 6 roma tomatoes, 4 jalapenos, 1 anaheim pepper, the green onions, garlic, habanero, and fire-roasted tomatoes.
Dice the remaining ingredients into a large bowl (6 roma tomatoes, 4 jalapenos, 1 anaheim pepper, the cilantro, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper). They can be diced as large or small as desired.
Combine the blended and diced ingredients.
